Family & Community Reunification
Purpose
Stabilization through the transitional phase of release from custody as a youth is a primary component to achieving successful reentry into the community.
Our program is purposed to provide housing and stabilization resource connections to youth with a primary goal of family and community reunification.
Operations
Focus is currently on the System-Impacted Youth Ambassador Program as our impactful youth stabilization service.
System-Impacted Youth Ambassador Program
A Coaching, Support and Training Program purposed to transition 16-19 year old youth from being one who harms to one who has positive contributions and impact in their communities. We provide each youth with part-time employment and training under our component heads to gain deeper knowledge of our level of Justice Impact Work.
